I attended Desert Industries grand opening in Springville and was so surprised at the crowd of people that showed up. After looking at all of the amazing items the D.I had I now understand why there was such a great turnout! The selection was amazing and I’m so pleased with my finds.
I was thrilled to find these baskets, especially with Christmas coming up, these are great for gift baskets. They were only $.75- $1.00!
I’ve been looking for cake stands, how gorgeous are these crystal cake stands! I swoon!
Of course I had to make a trip to the shoe selection. I still can’t get over the Nike’s, Vera Wang and Juicy Couture shoes that I found. The baby Juicy Couture shoes were only $1.00!
My boys love this electric Mater car. I was going to save it for a Christmas present but the weather has been way too good! I didn’t realize my boys would get to play with this toy so much in the month of October.
I’m excited about these skirts, especially the pretty red one with the lace roses, I thought this would be a great skirt for the Holiday’s. Stay tuned for a blog post on how I style these pretty skirts.
And if you were to ask my 4 year old, these character pj’s are definitely his favorite find!
Springville is a bit of a drive for me 30-40 minutes, but it was definitely worth it for me to go take a look. In fact, I’m going back tomorrow with my friend! Go check it out, it’s located at 655 s. 1750 w. Springville, UT 84663.
I’ve learned a lot about the D.I during the grand opening fun. Did you know that all profits made at Deseret Industries goes to help people in our community? They provide jobs for people that are struggling or can’t find work and they also have programs to help get them education and skills to get full time jobs. The opportunities that Deseret Industries is providing our community is just amazing! And the clothing that is not used in the facility is packaged into huge bundles and then sorted and shipped to other countries that are in need. Please donate to Deseret Industries, you’d be surprised at how much your unwanted items can help someone in need. Visit them on their website for more information.
